Fastel Services, Inc (Fastel for brevity) is a domestic corporation that formalized its existence on June 28, 1995, under SEC Reg. No. ASO95-006212. It was formed for the primary purpose of engaging in the installation, repair and maintenance of telecommunication systems.
At the helm is its Chairman, DIOSDADO C. ISAIS, whose wealth of experience in the field of telecommunication was developed through
thirty (30) years of loyal service with the country’s premier telecommunication company, the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT).
Until his retirement as Senior Manager in 1993, he was a consistent recipient for seven (7) consecutive years of the PLDT annual Outstanding Performance Awards – a distinction earned only by a handful in PLDT’s management roster.
To compliment his technical and managerial expertise is Fastel’s President and Chief Executive Officer, ANTHONY C. ISAIS, a Business Management graduate of Letran College, handles most aspects of the company’s operations. His previous work experiences include the field of construction, sales and communication, himself being a former PLDT employee. ANTHONY C. ISAIS is ably assisted by a highly competent team of managers, engineers and field supervisors.

FASTEL SERVICES, INC. is a company primarily engaged in the business of telecommunications particularly in the installation, repair and maintenance of telephone and internet services; from the engineering design, ROW permitting, construction of the infrastructures (Outside Plant and Inside Plant) up to the preservation of the telephone and internet equipment to the household (main Station Installation and Maintenance) both Copper and Fiber. Structured cabling, Horizontal Direct Drilling, Microtrenching, Fiber Blowing, Supply, Installation, and Commisioning of IT Equipment, and Supply and Installation of CCTV and PABX are also being offered. In 2015, Fastel started to engaged into Government projects and other Private entities like the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), UP System, UP Diliman, Clark Electric Development Company, Office of the Civil Defense (OCD), Pasig City Government, and Converge ICT Solutions Inc
